Growth + Brand Marketing Lead
Mighty
About Mighty:
The personal injury system is broken. When everyday people are at their most vulnerable—recovering from an accident, facing medical bills, and missing work—they are forced to navigate a black box designed to favor the powerful. Today, the choice is a catch-22: handle your personal injury claim alone against billion-dollar insurers, or give away a third of your recovery to a lawyer even though you may not need legal work.
Mighty is introducing a third option.
We believe in a world where every victim can recover fully and fairly without being taken advantage of. We are building the AI advocate for the 99%. Our mission is to become the default starting point after an accident, providing a free, AI-powered platform that gives consumers the clarity, valuation, and negotiation power they need to realize the full value of their claim.
This is the definition of "doing well by doing good." We aren't building more profitable tools for law firms; we are building a consumer-first alternative that l allows everyday people to take control of their personal injury claims.
The Role: Defining Trust, Growth, and Narrative:
We are looking for a Growth & Brand Marketing Lead who wants to shape how an AI-first consumer product enters the world. This isn’t a traditional marketing role. You will define Mighty’s narrative, shape our go-to-market strategy, and build modern, AI-powered growth systems that earn trust, spark curiosity, and drive adoption in a sensitive, high-stakes category.
You’ll work directly with the founding team to translate complex technology and regulated workflows into a clear, empowering consumer story—and use AI as a force multiplier to move faster, test more ideas, and deliver outsized impact.
Why NYC? We are a high-conviction, in-person team. We believe that when you are building a product that impacts human lives, the high-bandwidth collaboration of a shared office is essential. You’ll be joining our NYC hub in Flatiron, where we whiteboard, debate, and ship in real-time.
The Challenge: Scaling an AI-First Consumer Brand:
You will focus on building growth systems that level the playing field for individuals:
- Narrative & Positioning: Define and evolve Mighty’s story, positioning, and voice so an AI-powered settlement product feels clear, human, and trustworthy in a sensitive, regulated category.
- AI-Powered Growth Systems: Design and operate modern, AI-enabled workflows for ideation, content creation, personalization, testing, and distribution—using AI as a force multiplier, not a shortcut.
- Creative Distribution: Develop high-impact campaigns across non-traditional channels including communities, forums (e.g. Reddit), organic social, creator partnerships, and unexpected brand moments that spark curiosity and trust.
- Trust at Scale: Ensure that how we show up in the world aligns with real product capabilities, legal realities, and user expectations—especially where trust, clarity, and correctness matter.
- Measurement & Learning: Define success metrics, analyze performance, and iterate quickly—scaling what works and cutting what doesn’t as we grow.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in growth, brand, or consumer marketing roles
- A proven track record of scaling products that require education, trust, and emotional intelligence
- You are in the top 5% of your peers in using AI to help exponentially increase your productivity for content, experimentation, automation, and analytics
