We are looking for a Growth Engineer who specializes in high-velocity execution. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and functional engineering. Your objective is to transform growth hypotheses into reliable, live experiments.

You will leverage AI development tools to build landing pages, custom scripts, and automations. We aren’t building massive monolithic systems, but we do require stable, functional code that works at scale. You should be technical enough to architect small tools correctly and debug them when they break.

Core Responsibilities

• Rapid Prototyping: Build and ship microsites, funnels, and growth experiments in days.

• AI-Assisted Development: Use LLMs to accelerate coding while maintaining ownership of the logic and quality.

• Systems Integration: Connect APIs and build robust automations to enrich lead data and streamline workflows.

• Experimentation: Deploy A/B tests and iterate based on performance data.

• Tooling: Develop internal utilities that provide the marketing team with a competitive edge in acquisition and routing.

• Coaching & education: Collaborate with Marketing leadership and ICs to accelerate the adoption of AI tools and automation within all aspects of marketing operations.

Technical Profile

• Engineering Literacy: You must be comfortable with modern web stacks (e.g., React, Next.js, or similar) and backend scripting (Python/Node).

• API Proficiency: Deep experience connecting disparate systems and handling data flow between platforms.

• Reliability: You believe that "fast" and "functional" are not mutually exclusive. You ship code that is clean, readable, and works as intended.

• AI Fluency: You have a proven workflow for using AI to speed up development without sacrificing the quality of the end product.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in a software engineering or growth-marketing focused role

• Experience with leveraging AI tools for Search Engine Optimization in a professional capacity
