Job Description:
A Helpdesk Technician I assists internal employees with any issues involving their computer hardware, communications software, computer applications, or conference room equipment. Their duties include responding to internal employees, determining the cause of computing issues, and fixing technical problems.
What you will own:
Equipment purchase.
Hardware / software setup and installation.
Perform basic repair and troubleshooting on both Apple and PC computers.
A/V equipment setup and troubleshooting.
Inventory management.
New user set up.
Helpdesk support tickets
What you’ll need to be successful:
Windows pc and Apple mac environment
Imaging computers (installing os and required apps)
OS install, WDS, MDT, Chocolatey

Troubleshooting computer issues.
Headset, Sound, Network/internet connectivity, peripherals.
Networking
Active Directory
Ticketing systems and knowledge base
Remote software
Phone systems
Experience administrating Gsuite, Microsoft Azure, Active directory, Okta, Zoom, Slack, Zendesk, Microsoft office suite, Connectwise, Anydesk, Twilio,
Basic Networking: IP address, Subnet mask, Dns, VLan, Router, Switch, Cabling (Cat 5,6,7,8), Wireless, Access point.
Basic programming / scripting.
Previous experience as a helpdesk technician.
SOC / PCI controls
