Job Description:

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, skilled communicator, and strong collaborator with the demonstrated ability to drive consensus across Product, Creative, Marketing, and Sales. Using your deep understanding of the SMB lending landscape, you will own the messaging and value props for our B2B product campaigns, lead sales enablement and content strategy, and drive the go-to-market efforts for these products with strategic partners and FIs. You will partner with the product team to define and maintain both overall product strategy and roadmaps as well as launch roadmaps.

What you will own:

  • Work closely with the product teams to define and maintain product roadmaps. Maintain release roadmap for both B2B product lines which encompasses both key product release milestones and campaign and GTM milestones.

  • Maintain detailed customer journey maps for end users within the B2B product lines (in partnership with product).

  • Lead identification of the right audience segmentation, positioning, messaging, and adoption tactics for new and existing products and features in B2B product lines.

  • Collaborate with Product & Sales teams to help shape product and feature development based on market gaps and customer needs.

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for B2B product lines, working cross-functionally with teams across Product, Marketing, Business Development, Partnerships, and executive leadership.

  • Create go-to-market campaign plans and manage the execution of those campaigns cross-functionally in partnership with the Growth team.

  • Create sales enablement content to support business development and partnership teams in effectively selling in our B2B solutions throughout the sales cycle.

  • Maintain competitive marketplace analysis and updates across key competitors and communicate regularly to stakeholders.

  • Work directly with customers during implementation of B2B products on go-to-market strategy and execution for individual instances, and use insight from those implementations to drive standardized “packages” for implementation as we scale.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 5+ years experience in marketing; 3+ of those years in product marketing specifically for SaaS or Financial Service companies.

  • Strong storyteller with the ability to develop campaigns that get customers’ attention and build product brands people love

  • Proven ability to integrate across teams in developing GTM channels plans and campaigns.

  • Analytical thinker with experience in data-driven marketing

  • Ability to drive experimentation focused on conversion and engagement Experience creating multi-touch message matrix across Paid, Social, and Onsite Marketing pages

  • Apply. insights and strategic thinking to influence stakeholders

  • Effectively communicate the benefits of various marketing strategies to. audiences of all levels

  • Experience driving complex projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Player/coach mentality: Ability to get hands-on and jump in to help the team at a moments notice

  • In-depth understanding of the financial and small business industry a plus

  • Experience launching new products and/or SaaS products as part of a multi-product platform

Pay Range:

$110-125k
