Compensation: $18-20/hr

We are looking for a HR intern to assist the People Team with various tasks including recruitment, employee record management, onboarding, and supporting HR policies. The HR Intern will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with team members, and develop valuable skills within a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Recruitment support: Posting job openings, sourcing candidates through various channels, & screening resumes, enhancing Lendio's online presence.

  • Onboarding assistance: Preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and helping with employee benefit enrollment questions.

  • Employee record management: Maintaining accurate employee data within Workday, auditing & updating employee files as needed.

  • Training support: Enhancing new hire orientation slides, & delivery of new hire orientation.

  • Compliance support: Helping to ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

  • Project assistance: Contributing to special HR projects as needed.

Pay Range:

$18-20/hr
