Internship Duration: May-August

Compensation: $18-$20/hr

The Lendio Data Engineering Internship is a unique opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in ETL, data analytics, and application of business data. Interns will have the chance to contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with team members, and develop valuable skills within a supportive environment. This position will allow interns to engage in various tasks, including researching patterns in business data, interfacing with stakeholders with varying levels of technical fluency, and writing plenty of Python/SQL code.

What You Will Own:

• Assist in defining project estimates.

• Create Snowflake data models with DBT.

• Provide progress updates on work begun or completed.

• Create Pull Requests of code changes.

• Follow team standards of execution.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or Software Engineering.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with SQL and Python.

• Familiarity with Git and using a command line.
