Pay: $18-20/hr
The IT Helpdesk Technician is a unique opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in IT. Interns will have the chance to contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with team members, and develop valuable skills within a supportive environment. This position will allow interns to engage in various tasks, including provisioning new workstations, helping resolve technical issues, and meeting a broad range of people across the organization.
What You Will Own:
Triaging issues as they arise, ensuring they’re prioritized correctly and resolved within our Service Level Agreements.
Helping find solutions to new problems, troubleshooting hardware and software.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
Currently pursuing a degree in a related field or recent graduate.
A strong customer service mindset, supporting and encouraging people and empowering teams to work faster and more efficiently.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in workstation provisioning, installing and configuring Windows and MacOS.
