Team Lead/Sales Coach

Mission:The Sales Coach is dedicated to improving individual and team sales performance through strategic coaching, adherence to sales processes, and fostering professional development. This role is critical in driving unit attainment, enhancing rep behavior, and achieving organizational goals.
Objectives:
Performance Improvement:· Increase units per rep per day and per month through targeted coaching and training.
· Ensure adherence to call cadences and the three-call process: Merchant Interview, Offer Expectations, and Pitch Call.
Coaching and Training:· Conduct consistent 1-on-1 sessions to provide personalized coaching and feedback.
· Improve rep behavior and performance through strategic coaching and training initiatives.
· Call Listening - X/day/AE to ensure our 3-call process is effective, adopted, and improving
· Lead effective group coaching and sales meetings to foster a collaborative learning environment.
Offer Management and Training:· Drive offer management practices and ensure organizational training is aligned with sales strategies.
· Lead effective 1-on-1 coaching conversations focused on individual development and goal attainment.
· Ensure accurate loss reporting and dispositioning when deals are lost
· Leverage Deal loss reporting and dispositioning to drive training and coaching
Team Collaboration and Goal Setting:· Develop shared goals with the team to boost team spirit and cohesion.
· Create business/growth plans for reps to provide a clear roadmap for achieving their professional and personal targets.
· Develop a career path
Professional Development:· Make professional development a regular agenda item during sales meetings to encourage continuous growth and learning.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement and skill development within the sales team.
Key Activities:· 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions: Hold regular, impactful 1-on-1 sessions to address individual needs and development areas.
· Group Coaching and Sales Meetings: Lead engaging and productive group coaching sessions and sales meetings.
· Business Plan Development: Collaborate with reps to develop detailed business plans outlining strategies for achieving sales targets.
· Training Programs: Implement training programs focused on offer management, sales processes, and professional development.
· Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards goals.
