Account Manager (US, Full-time, Remote)
Job Description:
Cuebiq is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients by managing campaigns end-to-end, partnering with cross-functional teams, and serving as a reliable point
of contact for client needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Ad Tech space.
Salary range: $70K-$75K base salary dependent on experience and location.
Location: Accepting applications for candidates who will reside in and work from one of the following states: NY, NJ, FL, MA, MD, MI, MT, OH, TN, TX, AZ, PA, CT and IL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects & campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective turnaround of deliverables;
- Assist the Sales and Customer Success teams with proposals and new/existing business initiatives;
- Oversee post-sale process, including but not limited to: campaign set-up, client billing, pacing and delivery, incremental revenue generation and post campaign analysis;
- Act as a trusted partner to Cuebiq’s customers in order drive adoption and retention;
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively with flawless client–centric focus;
- Work with operations, technology, and product to troubleshoot potential issues and errors;
- Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including campaign set-up, pacing, delivery, and performance monitoring;
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, and Product, to troubleshoot and resolve potential issues;
- Expand growth opportunities within existing client logos through consultative partnership and incremental revenue generation;
- Deliver timely, accurate communication to clients and internal teams on campaign status and deliverables; and
- Analyze campaign data and performance to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Key Skills and Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in the AdTech space, with relevant work experience in a customer-facing, customer success or account management role;
- Team player with innovative ideas to inspire not only customers but also members of the internal organization;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and
- Experience with location data is a plus.
