Job Description:

Cuebiq is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Account Manager to join our growing team. This individual will own a portfolio of client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact across campaign execution, performance strategy, and revenue growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings deep AdTech experience, a strong understanding of measurement and campaign operations, and the ability to independently manage complex accounts with minimal ramp time. This role requires someone who can operate with confidence, lead cross-functional coordination, and proactively drive both client satisfaction and incremental revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

● Own and manage a portfolio of strategic client accounts, ensuring strong performance, retention, and growth

● Lead campaigns end-to-end, overseeing setup, pacing, delivery, optimization, billing alignment, and post-campaign reporting

● Serve as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships with both day-to-day and senior stakeholders

● Drive renewal strategy and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts

● Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations based on campaign performance and location-based measurement

● Proactively identify risks to delivery, performance, or client satisfaction and resolve issues in partnership with internal teams

● Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to ensure seamless execution

● Support new business initiatives by contributing to proposals, scoping, and implementation planning

● Elevate client feedback internally to influence product improvements and operational efficiencies

● Ensure operational excellence across campaign execution, reporting accuracy, and revenue tracking

Key Skills and Experience:

● 5-8+ years of experience in AdTech, digital media, measurement, or related technology environments

● 3+ years in an Account Management role with direct ownership of client relationships and renewals

● Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-campaign accounts with revenue responsibility

● Strong understanding of advertising measurement, attribution, and/or location-based data (highly preferred)

● Experience presenting insights and performance results to senior client stakeholders

● Proven ability to prioritize across multiple high-value accounts in a fast-paced environment

● Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

● Comfortable operating autonomously and stepping into ownership quickly
