About the Role

● Performance Oversight: Oversee the setup, management, and monitoring of all campaign performance to ensure high-quality data output and "white-glove" service.

● Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with CX stakeholders to identify account needs, manage client expectations regarding deliverables, and embrace a solutions-mindset for custom/ad-hoc reporting requests.

● Audience Scoping & Distribution: Lead the scoping of highly customized audience requests, manage pipelines to ensure timely delivery, and oversee the distribution to various endpoints.

2. Operations Management & Leadership

● Team Leadership: Train and lead the team to provide "white-glove" level service and support

● Resource Allocation: Conduct quarterly workload reviews to rebalance accounts across the team, ensuring optimal productivity and coverage.

● Escalation & Monitoring: Serve as the first point of contact for technical escalations; monitor team workloads to ensure all cases are resolved and actively addressed.

● Process Optimization: Continuously identify bottlenecks and collaborate with teams to improve internal tools, workflows, and overall operational efficiency.

3. Data Infrastructure & Platform Management

● Feed Lifecycle (SSI/Spectus): Facilitate feed requests, and technical troubleshooting regarding latency, feed specs, or access issues.

● Compliance & Auditing: Perform regular audits of active feeds to ensure alignment with active contracts and maintain platform integrity.
