The base pay range for this position can include additional on-target bonus and/or incentives. The base pay offered may vary depending on location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience. HUMAN Security is looking for a seasoned, strategic Director of FP&A to join our talented finance team and become a key architect of our financial and operation growth. Reporting directly to the SVP of FP&A, you partner with cross-functional teams to understand performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive strategic decision-making. You will also serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to the G&A functional leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, detail-oriented leader who wants to play a key role in shaping our financial strategy, ensuring we have the financial resources to achieve our growth goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team
Manage and oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
Develop and maintain rolling forecasts, scenario analyses, and sensitivity models to guide decision-making in a dynamic SaaS environment.
Drive improved forecasting accuracy and discipline through deep understanding of operational drivers.
Provide accurate and timely financial and management reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and metrics.
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making on investments, and other business opportunities.
Capable of influencing cross-functional leadership using data to drive strategic initiatives across business units.
Drive automation and continuous improvement in planning, reporting, and analysis processes.
Preparation of presentations and reports for executive leadership, board meetings and external stakeholders.
Partner with Accounting to ensure accuracy and alignment between actuals and forecasts.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A at high-growth companies, with at least 3+ years leading teams.
Strong background in SaaS financial modeling, metrics, and analytics.
A highly entrepreneurial “roll up your sleeves” mentality.
Data-driven decision maker with exceptional problem-solving skills and a pragmatic mindset.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Desired Skills:
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS businesses, metrics, and customer lifecycle.
Proficiency in using financial software such as Adaptive and NetSuite.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance professionals.
Prior experience working in a high-growth or late-stage SaaS environment.
