HUMAN Security is on a mission to protect the internet by disrupting cybercrime. Our products govern and protect digital interactions involving humans, bots, GenAI, and AI agents—preserving trust while reducing fraud, misuse, and abuse.
We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Vice President of Product Marketing to define how we bring our portfolio to market and ensure customers, partners, and the market clearly understand the value we deliver.
You’ll be our chief storyteller and go-to-market architect, across a multi-surface portfolio spanning Advertising Protection, Verification and Brand Safety, Performance Marketing, Application Security, and Fraud Prevention. This role owns positioning, messaging, launches, and customer and competitive insight, while leading a high-performing team and partnering closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership.
If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love simplifying complex products, and know how to turn strategy into execution, keep reading.
What You’ll Do
Set Strategy and Direction
Own and evolve HUMAN’s product marketing strategy across the full portfolio, from core bot mitigation to emerging agentic AI capabilities.
Define segmentation, positioning, and messaging across multiple buyer personas, while maintaining a cohesive HUMAN story in the market.
Ensure narrative clarity and prioritization across products, use cases, and go-to-market motions.
Stay close to customers, buyers, and competitors, turning insight into clear recommendations and action.
Partner with Product to influence roadmap decisions based on market opportunity, customer feedback, and emerging interaction patterns.
Provide Go-to-Market Leadership
Lead product and feature launches across application security and advertising/media products, owning planning, readiness, and external storytelling.
Own pricing, packaging, and sales enablement strategy across enterprise, advertising, and partner channels.
Partner with Sales leadership on GTM plays, deal strategy, and pipeline acceleration.
Build scalable sales enablement systems that keep messaging consistent as products and teams evolve.
Build and Lead the Team
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing product marketing team.
Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution when it matters.
Drive clarity through strong planning, prioritization, and communication.
Foster a collaborative, feedback-driven culture aligned with HUMAN’s values.
Tell the Story
Serve as a visible product voice with analysts, press, customers, and at key events.
Develop high-impact content across sales materials, web, demos, and customer-facing assets.
Partner with Analyst Relations to shape category narrative and market perception.
Enable internal teams to confidently and consistently tell the HUMAN story.
Ensure product narratives reinforce a clear platform-level vision across advertising, applications, and fraud.
Measure and Improve
Align executives and cross-functional leaders around shared narratives and GTM priorities.
Define success metrics and regularly assess what’s working.
Use data to refine messaging, prioritize segments, and guide investment.
-
Own product marketing’s impact on awareness, adoption, and revenue.
What You Bring
12+ years of product marketing experience, including 3–5 years in senior leadership roles at high-growth B2B tech companies.
Background in cybersecurity, ad tech, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML
Experience leading product marketing for complex, technical platforms with multiple products, personas, and GTM motions.
Proven track record owning positioning, launches, pricing, packaging, and sales enablement that drive measurable results.
Strong storyteller who can translate complex concepts into clear, credible narratives.
Strategic, collaborative leader comfortable operating at the portfolio level while diving into the work when needed.
Data-informed, customer-driven, and accountable for outcomes.
Bonus Points
Familiarity with bot mitigation, fraud prevention, or adjacent security and trust categories.
Product marketing experience with GenAI, agentic systems, or AI-driven automation where trust, verification, or identity is critical.
Global product marketing experience.
A healthy skepticism for fluff, paired with sound judgement and a commitment to crisp, clear communication.
