About the Role:
This is a high-impact sales leadership role with full accountability for building and scaling AlphaSense’s Corporate Sales business across Asia-Pacific. You’ll lead a team of Mid-Market and Enterprise AEs focused on winning new logos and driving revenue across key industries, while also serving as the senior commercial leader for our Singapore office.
The core focus of this role is sales execution—developing top talent, building pipeline, closing strategic deals, and scaling repeatable motions. In addition, as Country Manager for Singapore, you’ll help shape culture locally, act as a connective point for cross-functional teams, and represent AlphaSense externally with clients and partners.

What You’ll Do:
Lead and Scale the Corporate Sales Engine (90% focus):
Build a World-Class Team
- Attract, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Corporate AEs and Managers across Asia-Pacific, focused on new business growth and long-term client impact
- Create a culture of high standards, continuous coaching, and personal accountability
- Invest in future leadership by building strong internal bench strength and accelerating development
Own the Number
- Drive pipeline generation, accurate forecasting, and consistent overachievement of ambitious sales targets
- Lead from the front—providing executive sponsorship, elevating field execution, and supporting strategic deals
- Bring structure and discipline through CRM excellence, sales metrics, and clear operating rhythms
Scale with Intent
- Shape regional territory strategy and segmentation to ensure focus, coverage, and commercial leverage
Embed product innovation into the sales playbook to unlock bigger deals and faster cycles - Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to create a unified, high-impact GTM engine
Lead with Insight and Influence
- Act as the voice of the customer, bringing field insight into product, pricing, and strategy conversations
- Build trust and credibility with senior client stakeholders to strengthen strategic partnerships
- Contribute to commercial planning cycles, influencing headcount, investment, and growth strategy
Lead Locally as Country Manager, Singapore (10% focus)
- Act as AlphaSense’s senior leader on the ground in Singapore—shaping office culture, promoting team engagement, and being a visible point of connection across functions
- Act as a culture carrier for AlphaSense—role modeling our values, leadership standards, and operating rhythms to ensure they’re deeply embedded across the local team
- Collaborate with regional leaders in customer success, marketing, people, and workplace experience to ensure operational continuity and local coordination
- Elevating AlphaSense’s voice in the market by shaping a compelling narrative on industry trends, market shifts, and GenAI—building thought leadership and strengthening engagement with executive decision-makers
- Manage and develop relationships with local partners, including investors and value advisors
Who you are:
Proven Sales Leadership
- Experience building and scaling high-performing new business sales teams in SaaS or high-growth tech
- A strong track record of exceeding targets while leading with discipline, clarity, and accountability
- Experience selling to strategy, research, or insights functions is a plus
Regional Expertise
- Deep understanding of the Singapore and broader APAC market—able to navigate cultural, commercial, and operational nuances to drive regional success
