About The Team:
The Sales Enablement team at AlphaSense is an integrated and dynamic team that works cross-functionally to drive results for the Revenue organization. We identify skill/knowledge gaps and opportunities for optimization to shape a scalable enablement strategy that improves overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales development team. About The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and commercial minded Sales Enablement Sr. Manager to help drive organizational alignment, accelerate new hire ramp, and promote ongoing development within the Sales Development org. As a player-coach this role will be responsible for hands-on training of the US SDR team in addition to managing a team of Enablement leads in EMEA and US. This person will maintain our current programs and implement creative solutions that increase productivity across our Sales Development organization.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage a team of Enablement leads and ensure they are receiving coaching, career development, and guidance
- Create global standards for SDR enablement programs and maintain curriculum, content creation, and execution
- Act as the main strategic partner for the Head of Sales Development
- Consult with key stakeholders to perform needs analysis in order to prescribe enablement and training solutions that drive results
- Onboard and prepare new hires to execute in order to meet and exceed targets
- Provide hands on training and coaching to individuals across the Sales Development team

Base Compensation Range*: $120,000-$140,000
Additional Components: You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.
*For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all US-based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
