The Sales Enablement team at AlphaSense is an integrated and dynamic team that works cross-functionally to drive results for the Revenue organization. We identify skill/knowledge gaps and opportunities for optimization to shape a scalable enablement strategy that improves overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales and service team. About The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and commercial minded Sales Enablement Onboarding Specialist & Coordinator to help drive organizational alignment, coordinate and schedule 100+ training sessions per week, create and maintain processes on the Enablement team, own the new hire onboarding experience, deliver onboarding sessions, analyze attendance and training data, and improve the way in which the Enablement team communicates with the organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain Week 1 Onboarding content and program
  • Deliver Week 1 Onboarding content
  • Collect regular new hire feedback across all programs and synthesize data to influence improvements
  • Manage Training calendar from scheduling programs to comms (i.e 100+ sessions per week)
  • Own and maintain Sales org communications from Enablement (i.e newsletter, staff picks, top learners, etc)
  • Own and maintain the organization of training materials (i.e tagging) to improve discoverability for learners
  • Analyze learner behavior and report on key findings to influence improvements and gaps in materials
  • Owner of MindTickle - responsible for training others how to use the tool (i.e managers and enablement team members)
  • Liaise with HR, WCE, Operations, IT to improve the new hire experience
  • Own tool provisioning

Base Compensation Range*: $64,000 - $87,000

Additional Components: You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
