Who we are looking for:The Business Systems team seeks to drive efficiency, improve accuracy and support risk reduction strategies by leveraging existing and introducing new technical business systems. The Business Systems team focuses primarily on the technical system infrastructure and procedures supporting financial, human resources, payment operations and dependent non-financial processes. The Analyst I primarily supports the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ACV's human resources technology environment. This role will support the HRIS team in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of employee data, supporting HR processes, troubleshooting system issues, and assisting with system enhancements and projects. The Analyst I will work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, IT, and other business partners to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for process and system improvements, and help ensure solutions are properly configured, tested, documented, and supported. What you will do: Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Support the simplification and enhancement of HR processes and the employee and manager experience through effective use of HR technology. Gather, document, and maintain business and functional requirements for HRIS enhancements, reporting, workflows, and processes. Support the administration and configuration of HR applications, including Dayforce, TalentQuest, Iron Mountain, and DocuSign. Support the maintenance of employee and organizational data within HR systems, identifying and resolving data integrity issues. Monitor and respond to HRIS tickets, requests, and system issues in accordance with established service level expectations. Troubleshoot system issues and determine appropriate resolution or escalation to senior HRIS team members, vendors, or other technical teams. Assist with identifying and resolving gaps between HR business processes and system functionality. Support system configuration changes, workflow updates, security/access requests, and other approved system modifications. Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and assist with data analysis to support business decisions. Create and maintain end-user documentation, system procedures, process documentation, and training materials. Review HR procedures and workflow requirements and identify opportunities to improve the way information is captured, validated, maintained, and shared between systems. Assist with system releases, upgrades, enhancements, and other HR technology projects. Maintain awareness of HR data privacy, security, access controls, compliance requirements, and appropriate handling of confidential employee information. Perform other duties as assigned. What you will need: Bachelor’s degree or working equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred1+ year(s) providing support around HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, HRIS, or other business processes1+ year(s) experience with HRIS or enterprise business application; experience with Dayforce or another HCM platform preferredAbility to read, write, speak and understand English.Ability to work in excel proficientlyAbility to document requirements and business processes Physical/Mental Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% or more of the work day. Ability to use computer, including typing, navigating software applications, and using a mouse or track pad Able to push, pull, lift, or move up to 20 lbs. as needed.
