Who we are looking for: The Business Systems team seeks to drive efficiency, improve accuracy and support risk reduction strategies by leveraging existing and introducing new technical business systems. The Business Systems team focuses primarily on the technical system infrastructure and procedures supporting financial, human resources, payment operations and dependent non-financial processes. The Analyst II will support the administration, optimization, integration, and continuous improvement of ACV's human resources technology environment. This role is responsible for maintaining the completeness and accuracy of employee and organizational data across HR applications and integrations while providing advanced technical and functional support.The Analyst II will have strong technical and analytical abilities and will support complex configuration, reporting, integrations, system administration, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring across HR technology applications. This role will independently analyze incidents and system issues, identify root causes, develop solutions, and coordinate resolution with HR business partners, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders. What you will do: Provide advanced technical and functional expertise across HR applications, including Dayforce, TalentQuest, Iron Mountain, and DocuSign. Perform complex system configuration, administration, workflow management, reporting, and system enhancements within HR applications. Support the integrity, completeness, and accuracy of employee, organizational, payroll, talent, and other HR-related data across systems. Monitor and support HRIS integrations and interfaces, identify failures or data issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate timely resolution. Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, determining appropriate solutions and escalating critical incidents when necessary. Monitor and manage HRIS tickets, requests, and incidents, communicating significant issues, business impact, and expected resolution timelines to appropriate stakeholders. Gather, analyze, and document complex business, functional, and technical requirements for system enhancements, workflows, reporting, and process changes. Identify gaps between HR business processes and system capabilities and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, controls, and user experience. Develop complex reports, dashboards, and data analyses to support HR operations, compliance, leadership decision-making, and strategic initiatives. Lead or support end-user testing for system enhancements, releases, and implementations; document test scenarios, results, defects, and resolutions. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement that reduce manual work, improve data quality, and create sustainable long-term solutions. Support HRIS releases, upgrades, implementations, and other small to medium sized projects, including managing timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations. Maintain system documentation, technical and functional specifications, process documentation, training materials, and support procedures. Support appropriate security and access controls, data privacy, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance related to HR systems and employee information. Partner with vendors and internal technical teams to investigate complex issues, coordinate solutions, and ensure system changes are appropriately tested and implemented. What you will need: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree - Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred2 year(s) Experience with Experience supporting, administering, configuring, or developing enterprise HR applications, HCM/HRIS platforms, or related business applications and integrations Experience with Dayforce strongly preferred; experience with other enterprise HCM platforms is beneficial Ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishStrong understanding of HR business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutionsAdvanced knowledge of Excel, databases and other analytical tools Ability to work with leadership and thrive on dynamic projects and tight deadlines Strong critical, analytical, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to independently investigate complex problems and develop sustainable solutionsAbility to document requirements and business processes Physical/Mental Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% or more of the work day Ability to use computer, including typing, navigating software applications, and using a mouse or track pad Able to push, pull, lift, or move up to 20 lbs. as needed Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability Written and oral communication ability Ability to communicate and effectively exchange information Ability to view and interpret information displayed on monitor(s), device screen(s), or physical mediums #LI-AM3
