What We Are Looking ForReporting to the Front Office Manager or designated manager, the Dealer Registration Clerk registers new licensed vehicle dealers, updates registered licensed dealers, and verifies that agents are legal representatives of licensed dealerships. Maintains accurate dealer information in the computer system; provides information to managers as needed, processes credit history inquiries, and conducts periodic audits to ensure accurate and current information in accordance with corporate guidelines. Performs all duties assigned by the Front Office Manager or designated manager. Must know, practice, and ensure that company policies and procedures and state or federal laws are always followed.What You Will Do Provide excellent front-line customer serviceEnsure customers receive prompt, efficient, and courteous attentionMaintain a professional appearance, orderly work environment, and friendly dispositionGreet walk-in customers and direct them or announce visitors as appropriateAnswer the main phone line using professional phone etiquette; discern customer needs and respond or transfer to the correct individual or departmentResolve customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner and advise Management of all serious complaints or incidents What You Will Need Ability to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishHigh School Diploma or GED requiredEffective customer service and resolution skills requiredStrong written and oral communication skills required; experience with diverse individuals preferred1–2 years of office experience preferredComputer experience, including data entry, word processing, and scheduling requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM preferredBilingual communication skills preferred #LI-CG1
