Who we are looking for:The Analyst I, Market Strategy is responsible for driving logistics productivity and efficiency in assigned region in partnership with the Regional Field Manager. This role thinks outside the box to create optimal routing of field Teammates’ daily schedule(s) through work optimization software. The Analyst I, Market Strategy challenges and pushes the status quo utilizing analytical skills to optimize the assigned region, lower costs to deliver, coordinate with logistics Teammates, and meet client service level agreements (SLAs).What you will do: Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Develop rules to dispatch work to inspectors, creating optimal routes that optimize productivity, keep travel between assignments to a minimum, and capture work in a timely manner in accordance with customer agreementsManage the settings of the workforce optimization tool to understand the strengths and weaknesses of both the available routes in an area and the individual inspectorAnalyze reports to understand weaknesses in service delivery and adjust schedules to strengthen timing deficiencies as well as improve profitabilityWork with analytics team to develop business intelligence capable of identifying nuances of the region to customize work schedulesCollaborate with Territory Managers to ensure optimal staffing levels considering fluctuations in customer volume, seasonal patterns, personal time off, product mix, and new customer on-boardingDevelop an intimate understanding of the workforce optimization tool to deliver most of the work without manual interventionLeverage reports and data to drive intelligent design of the workforce optimization toolGain detailed understanding of the region to set optimized work areas, designing shifts that maximize revenue and profit, and allowing minimized timing of delivery of a variety of product mixesWork in a team to deliver world class service to clients specializing in one region, and collaborate as a team to drive best practicesCollaborate with logistics Teammate(s) to ensure that both customer and inspector needs are being met.Perform additional duties as assigned. What you will need: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree - Transportation, logistics, business, or supply chain management requiredAbility to read, write, speak and understand English. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel or other business intelligence softwareSalesforce or Field Service Lightning (FSL) experience a plus.Has the ability to prioritize work between business and customer needsDiligently attends to details and pursues quality in accomplishing tasksExamines data to grasp issues, draw conclusions, and solve problemsRecognizes situations that warrant initiative and moves forward without hesitation; reasonably resolves issues, problems, or situationsAdapts to changing business needs, conditions, and work responsibilities and works with a variety of situations, individuals, groups, and varying customer needsAdapting to and working with a variety of situations, individuals, and groups.
