Who we are looking for:The Tire & Lube Technician is responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance services, including tire services, oil changes, and basic inspections. This role supports shop efficiency by ensuring vehicles are serviced safely, accurately, and in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.What you will do: Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacementsRotate, mount, balance, and repair tiresInspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation levelsConduct basic vehicle inspections (lights, wipers, belts, hoses, etc.)Maintain proper fluid levels (coolant, brake fluid, transmission fluid, etc.)Follow all safety procedures and shop policiesAccurately document services performed and report any additional issuesKeep work area clean, organized, and free of hazardsAssist other technicians as neededProvide excellent customer service when interacting with clientsPerform additional duties as assigned. What you will need: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious automotive or mechanical experience preferred but not requiredValid driver’s license with acceptable driving recordAbility to operate basic automotive tools and equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workWillingness to learn and follow instructionsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularlyStanding, bending, and kneeling for extended periodsAbility to work in varying temperatures and shop conditions No immigration or work visa sponsorship will be provided for this position. #LI-DC1
