Who we are looking for:The Sr Sales Excellence Manager is responsible for leading the rhythm of the business (ROB) for one of three sales areas. Partnering closely with the VP, Field Initiatives, Director, Inside Sales, and VP, Sales Operations, this role is accountable for leading a consistent monthly and quarterly pipeline/forecast review cadence that enables Inside Sales leaders to coach and improve sales performance. The Sr Sales Excellence Manager defines and lands clear and consistent sales processes with seamless change management. Simultaneously, this role relentlessly pursues opportunities to improve process efficiency and effectiveness. What you will do: Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Own and lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecast reviews with Area Vice President and Regional Sales Directors.Lead monthly and quarterly pipeline/forecast reviews with Inside Sales Leadership team. Challenge the status quo with courage and diplomacyDrive sales discipline and accountability. Continuously coach and influence Inside Sales managers to drive sales excellence improvementsDefine consistent sales processes in partnership with Inside Sales managers, including process KPIs to measure efficiency and effectivenessUse business insights and KPIs to benchmark performance and define actions needed to grow the business to faster than the marketSupport territory creation, territory planning, goal creation and landing.Work cross functionally with OST Sales Excellence to define and land smooth hand-offs between OST and ISTDefine system requirements and partner with Salesforce team to lock in deployment window, and drive adoption of features once deployedCommunicate and drive adoption of Marketing promotions and special purpose investment funds (SPIFs) to accelerate scale and customer acquisitionOther strategic or ad-hoc special projects assigned by Chief Sales Officer and VP of Sales OpsPerform additional duties as assigned. What you will need: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.Bachelor’s degree required.5+ years’ program or project management experience in fast-growing organizations with a track record of "getting things done" on-time with sound change management.5+ years’ success sales manager or sales operations experience highly preferable.Self-starter thriving in environments with multiple cross-functional stakeholders with different chartersExperience with Sales and Marketing operations preferredExcellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills tailored to audience needsLEAN/Six Sigma certification highly preferred #LI-SG1#IND123RR
