  • Identify technical, operational, and delivery risks and proactively drive mitigation plans.

  • Collaborate with engineering leaders across ACV to improve development practices, operational processes, and platform capabilities.

  • Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop engineers while supporting career growth and performance management.

  • Facilitate effective communication across engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What you will need:

  • Demonstrated success leading teams responsible for business-critical applications and services.

  • Experience partnering effectively with Product Management and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience managing priorities, execution, and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.

  • Understanding of modern software development practices, cloud-based architectures, and operational excellence principles.

  • Experience in financial services, lending, payments, fintech, or highly regulated domains is a plus.

  • Proven ability to coach and develop engineers while building high-performing teams.
