Who we are looking for:
The Sr Sales Excellence Manager is responsible for leading the rhythm of the business (ROB) for one of three sales areas. Partnering closely with the VP, Field Initiatives, Director, Inside Sales, and VP, Sales Operations, this role is accountable for leading a consistent monthly and quarterly pipeline/forecast review cadence that enables Inside Sales leaders to coach and improve sales performance. The Sr Sales Excellence Manager defines and lands clear and consistent sales processes with seamless change management. Simultaneously, this role relentlessly pursues opportunities to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.

What you will need:
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years’ program or project management experience in fast-growing organizations with a track record of "getting things done" on-time with sound change management.
- 5+ years’ success sales manager or sales operations experience highly preferable.
- Self-starter thriving in environments with multiple cross-functional stakeholders with different charters
- Experience with Sales and Marketing operations preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills tailored to audience needs
- LEAN/Six Sigma certification highly preferred
- Up to 15% travel
