Who we are looking for:

The Tire & Lube Technician is responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance services, including tire services, oil changes, and basic inspections. This role supports shop efficiency by ensuring vehicles are serviced safely, accurately, and in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

What you will do:

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements
• Rotate, mount, balance, and repair tires
• Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation levels
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections (lights, wipers, belts, hoses, etc.)
• Maintain proper fluid levels (coolant, brake fluid, transmission fluid, etc.)
• Follow all safety procedures and shop policies
• Accurately document services performed and report any additional issues
• Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Assist other technicians as needed
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What you will need:

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous automotive or mechanical experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to operate basic automotive tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and shop conditions
