Who we are looking for:

This position is responsible for greeting customers and inspecting vehicles for damage.

What you will do:

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• This position will write a detailed estimate through CCC one or Mitchell, our operating software, which includes parts and labor times.
• The estimator is responsible for communicating with the customer and explaining the estimate and repair process.
• The estimator will follow the vehicle through the repair process in the shop and keep the customer informed.
• When repairs are complete the estimator will deliver the vehicle back to the customer and ensure complete satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you will need:

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must have over 2 years experience in Body Shop estimating with CCC one.
• Must have experience with DRP relationships with Insurance companies.
• Must be detail oriented and great with Customer Service and follow up.
• Must be a team player and dependable.
