About the Job:
ACV is looking for a Senior Associate, New Business to join our enterprising Corporate Development & Strategy team. You will focus on developing new and existing strategic partnerships. The Senior Associate, New Business will need to be assertive, persuasive, analytical, innovative, and ownership-oriented to succeed in this role.
The role will include working with partners to deeply integrate our products and create innovative new solutions, including new ways for dealers to source vehicles directly from consumers. You will collaborate across the organization on projects with leaders in our Product, Operations, Dealer Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Corporate Finance, Inspections, and Transportation groups, playing an integral part in creating insights that will drive the future growth.
What you will be doing:
- Own day-to-day management of strategic partnerships and their respective P&L within ACV’s growing partner network
- Develop business strategies to grow revenue and execute upon the strategies through cross-functional collaboration across various departments & external partners
- Monitor and manage partner revenue, costs, and KPI’s driven through the partner portfolio against forecasted plan
- Develop and communicate internal and external reporting, forecasts and analysis
- Launch newly added partnerships on the ACV platform including comprehensive go-to-market ownership
- Maintain a sharp understanding of ACV’s product roadmap and sell-through new product features and the broader product vision to partners
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, customer needs, competitive offerings and marketplace dynamics
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, finance, or any other analytical discipline
- 4+ years of work experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or banking
- Experience implementing optimization learnings gained from data analysis
- Ability to quickly understand the respective partner’s business and goals, and how to efficiently resource successful integrations to achieve ACV’s high-growth business goals
- Experience in building strong relationships with key internal and partner stakeholders
- Self-starter with ownership mentality, ability to multitask, remain organized, adapt to shifting priorities, and complete work consistently by or before agreed upon deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to present analysis and results to senior management and partners
- Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Nice to have:

- Automotive industry experience
Compensation: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 annually. Please note that final compensation will be determined based upon the applicant's relevant experience, skillset, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.
