Gate 3 Supervisor/CR Writer

Job Summary:

Be the main point person at Gate 3, ensuring that the team's work gets done on time, effectively, and in accordance requirements set forth by Central. As CR Writer: document condition and any damage and estimating repair cost(s) for each vehicle, ensuring all condition reports are in compliance with each client's requirements via Edge AOS auction system.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise all work at Gate 3

• Make sure working area and lot are organized and clean

• Using iPad, sign vehicles into inventory via Edge AOS auction system accurately recording vehicle information including clear set of pictures per our guidelines

• Accurately document the vehicle condition by inspecting vehicles for damage, missing parts, and mechanical problems.

Experience & Education:

• High School or GED required.

• 1-2 years’ supervisor experience

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Knowledge & Skills:

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues and/or escalate issues appropriately

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Strong knowledge of all vehicle types

• Ability to drive standard shift vehicles.
