What you will do: - Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

- Inventory Management: Support commercial inventory flow and accuracy within the remarketing center. Ensure timely and efficient processing of commercial vehicles.

- Reconditioning Proposals: Review vehicle condition reports and propose appropriate reconditioning recommendations to consignors to maximize sale value and vehicle readiness.
|
- Client Liaison: Act as the point of contact for commercial representatives regarding account-specific scorecards, performance metrics, and operational updates. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
|
- Reporting & Communication: Collaborate with the internal Commercial Operations team to deliver consistent, timely, and accurate reporting at the account level. Address inquiries and provide insights on account performance.

- Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with sales, operations, and recon departments to align on commercial account objectives and service levels.
|
- Other duties as assigned.
What you will need: | | | | - Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
| - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
| - 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, account management, or automotive operations preferred.
| - Strong understanding of auto remarketing processes and commercial vehicle lifecycle is a plus.
| - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
| - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
| - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with inventory management or CRM systems is a plus.
| - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around a vehicle lot
- On-site position.
- Full-time hours with occasional extended hours based on business needs.
