- This position will write a detailed estimate through CCC one or Mitchell, our operating software, which includes parts and labor times.
|
- The estimator is responsible for communicating with the customer and explaining the estimate and repair process.
|
- The estimator will follow the vehicle through the repair process in the shop and keep the customer informed.
|
- When repairs are complete the estimator will deliver the vehicle back to the customer and ensure complete satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Must have over 2 years experience in Body Shop estimating with CCC one.
- Must have experience with DRP relationships with Insurance companies.
- Must be detail oriented and great with Customer Service and follow up.
- Must be a team player and dependable.
