Who we are looking for:

As the Product Manager for ACV Capital, you will play a key role in shaping the technology that powers our floor plan business. You’ll support the systems and vendor relationships that drive our lending operations, ensuring our platforms scale effectively as the business grows. Partnering across teams, you’ll optimize processes, resolve operational challenges, and implement new solutions that enhance both efficiency and customer experience. Your work will help streamline how dealers access and manage their financing, making ACV Capital a trusted and seamless partner to their business

What you will do:

Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop vision for your product
  • Creation of 6-month roadmap for your product
  • Create and maintain competitive analysis for your product
  • Inform prioritization framework for your product
  • Define product lifecycle for your product
  • Identify and recommend potential automated business system solutions and prioritize enhancements

Requirements and Execution:

  • Demonstrates strong technical expertise and performs system enhancement configuration, ongoing administration, and integration support for the ACV Capital Loan System (SFP-W) in adherence with SOX and all regulatory compliance.
  • Perform functional testing and support end-user testing, documenting scenarios and outcomes in adherence to SOX.
  • Monitor and manage tickets/requests submitted daily, providing support and communication as urgently reasonable.
  • Troubleshoot and correct system issues, escalate critical issues to appropriate business and tech partners
  • Manage incidents and responses related to the loan management system
  • Create functional user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with design, analysts and engineering to plan development schedule

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Demonstrate accountability with project timelines and manage project expectations by clearly documenting risks, and communicating delays as urgently reasonable
  • Conduct customer & stakeholder demos
  • Creation and presentation of plans and impacts
  • Contribute to discussions with technology and executive leadership to inform, gain consensus and problem solve
  • Participate in agile ceremonies
  • Stay abreast of system product releases, assessing risk and escalating appropriately
  • Partner with accounting, business, and product & tech to assure the integrity of financial data and related integrations, including the documentation of appropriate quality testing, security, and control measures

Customer and Market Insights:

  • Identify, analyze, and develop strategies to improve core KPIs supporting the floor plan business
  • Customer feedback collection & analysis
  • Develop release marketing

What you should have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in banking, lending, financial services, or auto industry
  • 3+ years’ experience supporting Business Operations, Accounting, or Product Enablement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with loan management systems or account systems is preferred
  • Basic proficiency in SQL query writing is preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to work in excel proficiently
  • Ability to document requirements and business processes
  • Experience manually testing complex features

Compensation: $80,000- $120,000 annually. Please note that final compensation will be determined based upon the applicant's relevant experience, skillset, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law. #LI-AM1
