ACV Auctions is looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead, CR Writer who has a knack for cars and wants an opportunity to join a growing company. Our CR team knows a ton about cars, have boundless energy and work tirelessly to ensure our clients get nothing but the best condition reports. Our Team Lead, CR Writer is meticulous. • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

• Supervise and motivate the CR team to deliver high-quality, consistent vehicle condition reports.

• Monitor team performance, provide coaching and feedback, and support ongoing development.

• Assign and prioritize tasks to ensure workload balance and operational deadlines are met.

• Conduct regular quality checks and audits on condition reports for accuracy and completeness.

• Ensure all incoming and outgoing vehicles are inspected according to company and industry standards.

• Maintain a standardized and streamlined inspection process across all CR staff.

• Coordinate and manage the movement of vehicles into the lease department.

• Work closely with internal teams (lease, yard, transport) to ensure efficient handover.

• Act as a liaison between the CR team and the lease department teams to ensure operational efficiency.

• Other duties as assigned.
