The Team Lead, Outside Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Outside Account Coordinator team by ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. This role is critical to managing vehicle flow, inspection accuracy, and reducing cycle times in our remarketing processes. This role will also focus heavily on staff development and process improvement.
What you will do:
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for CR processes
Lead continuous training for new and existing team members
Conduct audits to identify training needs and areas of improvement
Collaborate with Outside Account Coordinator team to uphold certification program standards
Ensure alignment with NAAA arbitration policies and procedures
Guide vehicle flow between CR, Outside Coordinator, and reconditioning teams
Provide operational support across departments
Perform additional duties as assigned
What you will need:
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Strong automotive inspection and diagnostic skills
Deep understanding of NAAA policies
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Hands-on operational experience in an auction, automotive, or logistics environment
