Who we are looking for:

The Business Intelligence Manager will play a critical role in helping ACV achieve operational and service excellence. Scope of business areas include Titles, Arbitration, Customer Service/Excellence, and Payments across ACV’s multiple marketplaces. This teammate will build a high-impact business intelligence function from the ground up while supporting Operational Leadership. Core mission includes (but is not limited to):

Structuring Execution. Support OKR, QBR, and business deep dive exercises.

A multi-faceted problem solver, this role is at the forefront of understanding how various operations teams will navigate ACV’s rapidly growing business portfolio; bringing a zero-ego appetite for value-add change.

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, operations research, or similar computationally intensive degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ relevant progressive experience, preferably in a start-up and/or public company, across business intelligence & analytics
• 2+ years’ progressive leadership experience; demonstrated excellence managing a hybrid workforce preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to build relationships and deliver optimal solutions.
• Strong experience building a story out of numbers and effectively communicating findings in a clear decision-impacting manner.
• Strong experience with excel and/or google sheets
• Strong experience running queries; experience with MySQL a plus.
• Strong experience with exploratory data analysis and demonstrated ability to effectively summarize insights into actionable recommendations for senior management.
• Experience with data visualization / dashboarding tools like Tableau
• Experience designing and executing on major initiatives from the ground up
• Experience delivering on multiple projects for multiple teams
• Highly organized, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks on time sensitive schedules.
• Ability to navigate conflicting business needs and work collaboratively towards a win-win solution.
• Ability to inspire internal teammates to rigorously drive value for our customers.
• Agility and flexibility to respond quickly to change in business needs.

Compensation: $116,000.00 - $130,000.00 annually. Please note that final compensation will be determined based upon the applicant's relevant experience, skillset, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.
