Who we are looking for:
The Floorplan Audit Specialist reports directly to the Manager, Floorplan Portfolio and supports the Floorplan Portfolio Division with the assignment, management, and analysis of physical audits in adherence to ACV Capital’s Audit Policy. This role utilizes in-depth knowledge of conducting physical inventory audit inspections and leverages their knowledge to continuously improve the audit process. The Floorplan Audit Specialist possesses strong communication skills and collaborates with a variety of departments and cross-functional teams within the organization.
What you will do:
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Schedule and review physical asset verification audits.
- Close audits and order supplement audits when necessary.
- Review audit findings and grade audit results.
- Assist with the training of ACV Vehicle Condition Inspectors in the asset verification process.
- Review individual VCI performance in the completion of audits and adherence to the Audit Policy.
- Provide an analysis of risk exposure and mitigation to the Floorplan Portfolio Manager.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What you will need:
- 2 Year / Associate Degree - Business, Finance, or Accounting required
- 1 - 3 year(s) related experience
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Working knowledge of all ACV Auctions products and services.
- Working knowledge in various inventory finance software programs.
- Experience using a CRM software (preferably Salesforce).
- Experience in Risk & Loss mitigation.
- Prior work experience in the Auto Financial Service industry is preferred.
