Who we are looking for:

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating dealer partners and field inspection team operations. This role dispatches, reassigns, and monitors assignments to field staff to perform inspection services between internal and external customers. The Logistics Specialist utilizes established processes and procedures to make logistics-related decisions to resolve or complete tasks successfully.

What you will do:

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Dispatch assignments to field staff. Coordinate inspection services between internal and external customers.
  • Utilize systems to coordinate services and streamline logistics operations for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Reapportion and monitor assignments based on time, distance, and inspection type analytics.
  • Partner with the Field Analysts to optimize inspector utilization.
  • Confer with internal/external customers to resolve issues, answer requests, and provide ETAs and updates.
  • Review various reports to ensure service level agreements are handled competently and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain customer satisfaction with the products and services offered by the organization. Provide excellent service to internal and external customers and stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What you will need:

  • High School Degree or equivalent required. Associate’s degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years administrative or customer service experience.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • A minimum of 2 years of Logistics or Dispatching experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce or Field Service Lightning preferred.
  • Experience with logistics software and Microsoft Office or G Suite.
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
  • Ethical and dependable, maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
