Who we are looking for:
Enterprise Architects are masters at back office systems architecture and IT management. Enterprise Architects visualize and model the current state of the business and shape with the business the future state architecture to enable the business goals and strategy. For ACV, their scope includes the systems used to perform and integrate the back office functions including Plan to Report (financials), Procure to Pay, Hire to Retire and integrations/relationships with front/middle office systems (product platform and CRM). They use their combined knowledge of back office business processes, data flow integration/automation technology and application architecture to guide the enterprise architecture decisions and standards.
On a day to day basis, this role collaborates with, and seeks alignment of the entire organization leveraging personal leadership capabilities. Working with leaders of the back office applications, they set and govern the back office enterprise vision, architecture and integration frameworks with an emphasis on scalability and flexibility. Where appropriate, this role also liaises with stakeholders such as C-Suite, board members, service suppliers, application vendors and customers.

What you will need:
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years related experience.
- A customer first mindset to drive architecture that is scalable, secure, cloud first, cost effective and increase business agility.
- Ability to scrutinize the back office functions, application capability and data requirements against the enterprise’s structure/business processes to improve operations and align the business and technology to be efficient, scalable and transparent
- Strong understanding of Architectural Frameworks like TOGAF as well as ability to adapt to new paradigms
- Deep understanding of Business, Application and Technology Capability model and demonstrable experience driving Architecture around Business Capabilities while working in Agile teams
- Expert knowledge in SaaS back office ERP applications and their data flows and how to apply them to unblock scale and deliver automation (Netsuite, Ceridian & Salesforce a plus)
- Excellent communication skills for educating employees on best practices for applying the company’s IT products, resources and solutions
- Understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and Business Process Modeling Language (BPML)
- Ten years of experience in business systems/ERP delivery and support IT, with 5 years in a delivery/support leading role.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business Administration or equivalent experience. Masters a plus.
- Certified Enterprise Architect Professional (CEAP), The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF®) is a plus (but not required).
- Ability to speak publicly and deliver technical presentations to negotiate & influence stakeholders for driving strategic solutions.
- Experience deploying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UI Path, Blue Prism, Appian, etc.
Compensation: $134,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Please note that final compensation will be determined based upon the applicant's relevant experience, skillset, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.
